The need became apparent

Our family moved to South Africa in the summer of 2013. We came with the intention of creating and joining a team of church planting missionaries who would equip national leadership to establish new churches. God has and continues to bless this endeavor. Church planting remains at the heart of what we do. 

Our growing network of churches has made many of the needs of the people very apparent. Four years ago we started Camp Rhino to help address the need to provide a ministry to help our teens learn biblical training in the context or safe, loving camp environment. Through the ministry of the churches and camp it has become abundantly apparent there is a great need for youth home to help the need of children we have met through our camps, out of the churches, that are in desperate need of a loving home.
